Hi All,

Does anyone know, if I have a book on my local HD, and link to images
(also on my local HD) from it, will those links still work if I move
the book to a network drive?

Thanks,
Alex

As long as your files are on the same drive, and at or below the directory
of the FM file, moving the book to another drive is not a problem for FM.

For this to work, you must organize your directories in the following
way :

Job_directory
File1.fm
Images1_directory
File2.fm
Images2_directory
etc.

If you have this structure, images linked to an .fm file will be linked
by a relative path and you won't lose the links if you move
"Job_directory" to another drive.
Otherwise, the links will be related to the disk root and all links will
be lost.
