In Framemaker, User-Defined Paragraph Tags only used in current document?

Hi, there.

I creat a new new paragraph tag MyHeading1 following
http://www.io.com/~tcm/etwr2372/planners/frame/frame_tags.html#createTags.

But it seems "MyHeading1" can only used in current document. When I
open another document, "MyHeading1" does not exist in Paragraph
Catalog.

Then How to save "MyHeading1" for other documents? Please do me a
favour.

Thanks

In a new document: File->Import->Formats, and then pick an already open
file from which to import the paragraph formats.

To make the formats available in new documents, create one or more empty
documents that contain the desired formats and put them in
fminit\<lang>\Templates (or where ever the standard place is on Windows)
to use as templates.
