Global change of table row height

Folks,

I have a doc with a lot of tables. I want to set the min/max row height
of all rows of all tables to the same values. Does TableCleaner do this?
Other utilities/ways to do this?

Well, if the value of every row is the same, it would seem easy to do using
MIF. Set one, take a look at how Frame codes the MIF, then search/replace
throughout the file.
