WWP can't find Frame

During installation of WWP, a message appeared saying it can't find a
suitable version of FrameMaker but Frame 7.1 is installed right there
on my C: drive. I'm using WWP Professional 2003, v 8.0.0.0.1194.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes. Do you have Frame 7.0 installed on that computer?
If so, WWP can't seem to choose.
