Viewer for MIF

Is there a tool other than FM itself or the now defunct FrameViewer
to view MIF optically correct?

I'm not sure what you mean by optically correct.

The two main MIF programs are MIF Muncher
(http://www.stc-carolina.org/sigs/frame/tools/mifmunch.html) and MIF
Browser (http://www.wideman-one.com/gw/tech/framemaker/mifbrowse.htm).
